Best thing about this room was the shower. AMAZING. Now sheets pillow cases and comforter was stained outside surrounding noise was constant and the room had roaches on the walls in the shower and we found 3 in the bed. We checked in on Friday and checkout was Sunday at 10. We lifted at 11pm Saturday night after finding roaches in the bed. Again the shower was AMAZING. But that’s about it
Clean and friendly
Do you love the feel of every spring in your mattress? Then look no further. The room was clean. Firm mattress lovers dream but beware the queen bed size is a lie because they were full size beds. Booking this room defeated the purpose of staying the night.
The staff was so rude. Dude came out on the telephone, clearly a personal call, and stayed on the phone for several minutes instead of doing his job. We got fussed at for a mistake in the booking that most likely occurred through a travel site! Got gruff when asking for a spare key for the room. Got the same when asking for do not disturb sign that should be in the room but wasn't. The parking lot is tight as well. I drive a 2 door civic and its tight for me!
