We stayed at an air bnb here. Modern-day great location
Location was perfect for us. You're within walking distance to so much. Maintenance was always decently quick to respond and manager was friendly and professional.
Planned my whole day around this apartment showing and cancelled an HOUR beforehand because “no one is there today” (????) Some common courtesy would have been nice, no apologies, just a canned email letting me know my appointment was cancelled. If this is how they treat potential tenants I don’t even want to know what is like to live here. Dodged a bullet. Go somewhere that actually cares about people
If you are wanting to be close to Third Ward, this is the place to live! Very nice, and unique building. The large square footage and large windows are my favorite part. It's a very quiet building, and they allow pets!!
Overpriced and LOUD. The construction, the highway, the constant stream of Airbnb guests. Poorly managed and poorly constructed. Undoubtedly my least favorite place I’ve ever lived.
