I love living here. All of staff and management are warm and amazing. The amenities are great, and it’s just a wonderful experience being here. I am very happy with my purchase.

A lovely place to stay for our recent 9 night visit to New York. Views from the 9th floor were pretty good as were the rooftop views. A bit disconcerting to be taken in via the back entrance though. Also, rooftop access was fine most days but on the 4th July our family was met by burly security guards who demanded we pay $300 a head to access the rooftop ... too rich for this family. And our young children were very frightened by the standover tactics of these scary security guards ... and devastated to miss the fireworks
