These guys have been great to work with...responsive, timely, and get the job done right the first time. A massive upgrade from the big guys in town.
I called the tech refrigeration to fix a leak on a display fridge thinking they will do a better job than the previous technician. They came up, fixed the same leak as the previous technician and put in freon. They charged me $600 for a job I previously paid $150. Two weeks later it leaked again. I called them, they refused to come up and fix it claiming that they don't offer a warranty for their work. I have no idea what kind of business they are in.
