Told us several things were starting to go bad in our unit and that it would cost up to $11,000 to fix everything. Had another company come out for a second opinion and all of the things they said that would need to be replaced were actually just fine.

I wasted an entire day waiting for them to come out and replace the shutoff valve for my toilet. At about 3:20 they called and told me they were behind and wanted to come next week. I told them no that I will have someone else who values their customers to come and fix it. A customers time is just as valuable as the company’s!

Strange experiences with these people. The last time they sent a worker out to my mom’s house he was there for a very long time. Kept trying to just sell a new home unit. We know it’s old. Just weird she’s had service and a couple parts replaced with these people and things still seem to go wrong even with regular maintenance. And of course we know the unit is old. I was very disappointed due to the lack of communication. I called and he said he would try to come out the next week because he was booked up. I waited four days in the heat with a broken AC. He never called or even tried to touch base with me. No communication whatsoever. I was thinking it was going to be better since there was so many good reviews, but I had to go someplace else.

Our AtchleyAir technician, Jarad Couch, did a magnificent job of correcting a bottleneck in our heating system’s duct work which was causing our heating system to burn way too much propane. My wife and I are very grateful to Jarad and the whole AtchleyAir team for correcting this very expensive problem!
