Hired ATC to replace our screened‐in porch w/sunroom and couldn't be happier! This company is busy...so it was 6 months before install occurred. All I can say is: Good things come to those who wait !! Signed contract w/Jim who was open & honest. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Bossman Ray was on site w/crew during install to ensure quality control. So glad I went with ATC because I had numerous other overpriced bids for inferior products. I have been promised for almost a year now that the sunroom I had installed has multiple problems that have not been addressed or taken care of. A screen that was left off and never installed has NEVER been brought to us. The screens that are installed during the install have big gaps where Red wasps are able to get through! I have spoken to Kelsey so many times over the last year and she always promises that someone will come by. Its very bad service for such an expensive investment that we cant even enjoy!!
We signed a contract with ATC six months ago and gave them $15,000 deposit. They refuse to answer calls or texts. They won't give us a date as to when they're starting our project. Since they refuse to respond, I'm making this review. Unbelievably poor customer service!! They have a 1.0 score on Yelp.
