They used to provide a good service, but for the last 18 months it has been total chaos. In the last 3 deliveries they lost my merchandise in 2 of them, after almost a year waiting for the delivery!. The painful process includes providing little or no information about shipment status, also you writing them all the time asking for your shipment and most of the time they don't answer your messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL, SENT SEVERAL BOXES OF LIKE 60 kg to Brazil and ONLY receive 6 pairs of shoes, EVERYTHING WENT MISSING AFTER WAITING 2 1/2 years and their answer is just oh well it’s customs that kept everything after they sent pictures of almost everything I sent and received 6 pairs of shoes, this is unacceptable specially here in the USA where there are laws to keep this from happening, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it’s the WORST

MUCHO CUIDADO. Después de que reciben pago NO ENTREGAN LA CARGA, SUS RESPUESTAS SE LIMITAN A DAR UN "TRACKING", pero NO DAN INFORMACION ADICIONAL, NI RESPONDEN SOBRE EL SUPUESTO SEGURO QUE COBRAN!!!!! OJO, CUIDADO

Ami me abrieron las cajas sacaron todo lo de valor y borraron mi calificación de 1 estrella de finales de noviembre bre 2024 pasado así es que no confíen en esta compañía, cuando publique mi opinión ya solo tenían en general 3 y media estrellas ojo borraron más opiniones malas ,si mandan bajo su propio riesgo # las CAJAS TE LAS ABREN POR ABAJO Y LAS VUELVEN A SELLAR CON TAPE TRANSPARENTE.
