Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

My children have been patients for the last year or so. I have made numerous visits during this time, and I dread going there. It is not oncommon for us to spend two hours or more waiting for a 15 minute procedure. Professionalism is not a priority here. The doctors have a nasty attitude, I get the feeling that they believe they are above communicating with the clientel. As a parent I would like to know what is going on, however I have to talk to the front office staff to get some information as the doctors don't communicate... read more

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
