The staff knows their stuff. Competent, kind, and quick. Our Bassett Hound has gone blind. Although they don't have any ophthalmologists (eye vets) they knew what to do, and got our dog the meds she needed for relief.
Just got a call from my best friend. I am cannot say how mad I am with these people. My friends dog gets mauled by the neighbors dogs, he takes the dog to them because that's what a responsible dog owner does. They give him an estimate of $3600 and then they keep raising up the price every couple of days and the neighbor is paying for the damages. Thank you, APC. I use to take my dog to another vet until I gave this place a shot. My prior vet at a different vet center did a lousy examination and X-ray and told me the small lump I felt in my dog’s stomach was probably nothing. Dr Aaron Schechter diagnosed and treated my dog, which saved her life. Nobody likes vet bills, but I feel like I got my money’s worth here with all the effort and intelligence of the Vet and staff. Melissa and Dr. Cherbinsky were nothing but AMAZING! We took our kitty Chubbs in late last night. Melissa met us at the door, was kind and loving to Chubbs. She took info and took Chubbs right back. Within minutes, Dr. C was with us briefing us of his initial exam. Decisions were made and he went right to work. Dr C was informative, straight to the point but yet presented with such true compassion. We left with broken hearts but Melissa and Dr Cs compassion allowed us to do what was best for Chubbs.
