We recently moved up here from San Diego, as such we've been to many sushi places. I, myself have even had the luxury of traveling to Japan and have had a variety of sushi there. We've had really bad sushi and really good sushi. That in itself does not make us "Sushi eating sensei(s)" what it does though is give us a pretty thorough experience.
