Dr Atalie Lapid saved my life. Without her intervention and requesting testing, I would not be alive. She made sure I was thoroughly tested and results proved my life threatening issue along with another issue that is listed as terminal illness that can be managed with lifestyle changes and medication. The previous doctors from another practice sent me on my way without any testing causing a potential malpractice issue. Doctor could not remember what we’d talked about between appointments. Told me to let her know if I’d like to increase a dosage of a medication. I returned and said I would. She told me “oh we wouldn’t do that you’re already on a really high dose!” I asked for a referral to a dermatologist. She took a look at what I wanted to go for and said “no I won’t write you one because if they deal with that, it’ll just come back.” Asked to get a referral to a gynecologist.
