I used ATA Loss Consulting for my clients who had a denied homeowner claim after Hurricane Sally. Austin and his team helped prepare the estimates and reports we used for the Request to Reconsider Denial of Benefits. Their insurance company re-opened the claim, re-inspected the property and paid the claim. Without ATA's help, none of this would have happened.
If you live in Louisiana, get a lawyer instead. The lawyer we worked with was a contracted Louisiana lawyer. We mostly worked with a lawyer. We were lied to about the fees of the company. Double whatever percentage they give you. When I called to speak to someone about it, they did not know who to send me to. They said they would call me back. They did not. I had some problems with a person who has now left the company Austin Tanner (the owner of the company) called me personally and we got things straightened out he made it right !!!!
