We had a general home inspection done. The initial inspector found superficial defects on a new roof. We then had Tim from At Your Service perform a more thorough inspection. Tim was great. Very detailed. Took the time to explain all of the defects and how a roof should be covered. We really appreciated Tim’s knowledge and demeanor.
We had a leak issue and AYSR came out right away to check it. What really stood out was their kindness and professionalism. They didn’t charge us for the visit and just wanted to make sure everything at our house was taken care of. It’s rare to find a roofing company that genuinely cares about helping like that. Justin arrived quickly after I noticed a leak in my roof from the recent cold weather. He identified the issue and patched the damaged area to ensure the problem was resolved. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend At Your Service for any roofing needs
Aaron did a great job working with us through the process. Was challenging at times working with the insurance company but he helped guide us on what to do. Chuck was great at ensuring the set up and clean up went smoothly. Really appreciate the work they did and the roof so far looks great!
After the heavy snow of January 2026 I had water drip from the ceiling of my living room. I called At Your Service and the next day Aaron Fine came out to inspect the roof. He determined that the leak was caused by ice building up under the snow on the ridge line and as it started to melt some water seeped in under a shingle. He left his card and said to watch and if there was no further evidence of a leak I should be fine. No charge.
