Use someone else!!!!!!!!!!!! – Be careful with this company. Initially I was happy with the discount they gave us when we had problems with our plumbing, but I had serious problems with their manager when trying to resolve a problem with sewerline backup. Not only did the technician they sent out not listen to the actual problem that was going on with our plumbing, but he cut multiple holes in our walls and did an EXTREMELY poor patch up job. CALL THIS GUY!! – It's school picture day. Everyone has showered except me. I take my shower, and hurry through because the hot water is running out --fast! That's new, but who knows, we've only bought this house about a month ago and maybe this morning was just too much for the heater to handle. Or not... Best Plumber in Lakewood and Beyond! – The Best Plumber in Lakewood and beyond! Lowell is the owner of this company and we chose him because of the reviews he received on City Search. We woke up last Sunday to find our bathroom floor covered in water, spilling out onto the hallway carpet. The leak appeared to becoming from the wall behind the toilet. honest and reasonable – The owner showed up at the scheduled time. He explained everything he needed to do and quoted me a price upfront. He stuck to his price and it was by far lower than the other companies I checked with. He installed a water heater, disposed the old one and the cost of the labor was $300.00 plus the cost of the water heater. (One of the other companies I checked with wanted triple that for labor!) Lowell was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to everyone.
Honesty and Integrity – Lowell is awesome! He really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help solve plumbing problems. He replaced a drain for me, installed a tub, replaced washer hoses, and taught me how to replace the garbage disposal thing a ma bob myself. He also gave me a spare tool to use for next time! He was the most reasonably priced plumber I could find and I did not feel like he was trying to make as much money off me as he could. In fact, he did a couple small things at no cost!
