Any business that screws over landlords can't be that bad.
This business was great when Melissa owned it. The new owner is an overall horrible person.
Do not use this company! Company charged for cleaning automatically on our credit card and did not perform the cleaning services. owner is dishonest. He stated that he fired the crew, admitted there was a problem, yet never refunded our money. unresponsive when we asked for help didn’t send a crew to rectify and didn’t answer our calls. wouldn’t answer until we called from another phone 5 days later. Not a man of his word, not an honest business owner. Do not use.
This woman lied to us repeatedly. We were told she was sending out a team of cleaners. She sent one girl who was at our house a little over 5 hours. She didn’t even make the beds. She did 1/2 the items on the list and then the owner tried to charge me $200 more dollars than originally agreed upon because she did such a “deep cleaning.” When I sent pictures of how horrible it was her story kept changing. Beware!
I payed a total of nearly $500 for this company to come twice for a deep clean then a regular clean that honestly after I called to complain about the “deep clean” I thought I wasn’t going to be charged for the second one as to me, they were finishing the first one... I called back after the second time and the man tried to make it sound like my home was so nasty they’d have to come many times. I asked him how many times it would take to vacuum sand off the floor?
