Don’t schedule a tuneup unless you are prepared to WAIT WEEKS!! My husband raved about how good they are . So when he dropped off our car after previously speaking to the people two days before hand: I assumed the fast friendly service would call us with an estimate within a couple days. I can't speak for all of the guys that work here at all, the first time that I had came to this buisness a had an absolutely great experience, now the 2nd time on the other hand, I spoke with an older man, 1st I called him about my key getting made and I was asked if I already had a key so that another one could be programmed, so I answered I only have the 1 key, not only did he sound completely RUDE on the phone, I get to the buisness and I hand him my key and then he started looking at me me like I was a dumb ass then he s... read more
