My car broke down on July 3rd. It’s a VW & apparently not every mechanic works on foreign cars. I had to have it towed & was told this place would work on it. Big mistake not actually taking it somewhere else. The owner is a rude jerk. He refused to talk to me & only wanted to speak to my husband. I’m a widow. Don’t schedule a tuneup unless you are prepared to WAIT WEEKS!! My husband raved about how good they are . So when he dropped off our car after previously speaking to the people two days before hand: I assumed the fast friendly service would call us with an estimate within a couple days. FIVE days LATER they STILL haven’t even LOOKED at it! Said they won’t till the END of THIS WEEK?! This was NOT some major repair job! Just a tuneup and AC maybe a door handle?!
