From the front office to the exam room. Very welcoming.. no matter how bad youe situation are with your teeth. They make you feel welcome. Thanks staff.. i give 20 stars. Don't forget to visit your local 7/11 lol
I had two teeth that were cracked, I was planning to have two crowns. However the cracks were not deep so the dentist was able to resurface the teeth. I am so thankful and appreciative that the Dentist took a conservative approach first to see if the crowns were needed or not.

I had a great first experience at DOC Gastonia. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. I was seen shortly after arrival, no waiting! Chrissy was the technician who helped me. She was so friendly and accommodating. And she did a fantastic job on my exam and cleaning. I did speak to the dentist briefly. He was friendly, and straight to the point. I was greeted with a warm and caring staff. They all seem to remember the goodies that I usually bring. I did not bring any today due to the epidemic. They went above and beyond all that I could expect. Working extra hard to ensure that I was able to complete all of my work in one visit because I am a disabled veteran and rely on others for my transportation.
The staff and dr were efficient and well trained. I felt well and safe in their care during my procedure. I really appreciated the way they were always reassuring me I was doing good and made me feel at ease. 👍👍
