I think at the Beach is awesome in Derby, ks! They always treat me with smiles when I come in and leave the place. And to me, that pure customer service
Best place to tan! The staff is friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. I always get good advice on products and beds. The wait time isn't near as long as most tanning places. They have a variety of beds and lotions to match any budget. They try to sell their products to meet their quota (like every other sales industry) but they aren't pushy. Is it possible EVER to hire competent employees? Even your managers are worthless! And here's a thought how about training your staff to crack a freaking smile once in awhile and act happy or at least "fake happy " when a paying customer comes through the door. This isnt just a one time thing, its years of the same horrible customer service.
