With the right people working in the stores the companies true nature of exceptional customer service and exquisite products that I like to call "skincareRX" because they have the California Tan 2015 line that is researched by scientist in the tanning industry since the tanning bed was invented. I wouldn't go anywhere else but At The Beach in Oklahoma City.
The worst customer service ever! No one knows what they are doing, not even at the corporate office. Lost me as a customer.

I called ask about a free spray tan I had been told about, well the girl who answered was probably the rudest ever. In was in midwest city, Oklahoma. I called and she was like, nope we aren't doing tht, I said are you sure because someone told me about it that had just came in, she said, no. I said well that's fine if you however don't want to do it but it is happening. It was free spray tan or 1 week tanning. She got rude and just kept being rude.
