HORRIBLE! – www.bit.ly/ltZPJ1 - Horrible Experience At the Beach Tanning! Tried to resolve this issue with Corporate & they weren't apologetic at all!
Convenient – At The Beach has very convenient locations and hours. I LOVE the Versa Spa and the staff are great promoters of the store and the products.
Lay off, would you? – The employees for at the beach can be rude and pushy, granted. The contracts and corporate customer service are terrible, and they aren't forgiving of people trying to break a contract. I assure you, however, that not all of the employees are like that. There are several who really are just there to offer you excellent customer service along with your tanning experience. Gosh, I'm gettin Dark!! – I really like the environment of the ATB Stores. The staff is great, they have great tanning beds and I GET TAN!!
ATB = Great Tanning – At The Beach always have great deals on their tanning lotions. The staff is very helpful in finding something that work good with you. They also recommended a step 3. At first I didn’t think it was a big deal but after trying it I noticed my tan lasts longer, plus my skin feels great. I highly recommend using a step 3 after each time you tan. Thanks ATB
Great Place to TAN!!!! – I just love the quality of beds available!!!
A Tanning Scam – Do not ever sign a contract with these people! They talked me into a $65 contract telling me I could cancel at any time, then when I decided to cancel they told me I would have to pay nearly $300! They do not understand that some of us can't afford to have dark skin in this horrible economy and were not helpful at all.
Military Members Be Careful – This company claims to have a military clause but they don't. You have to pay a termination fee when you get orders. I think they train their employees to lie about anything and everything to get you to sign up. NOT WORTH IT! Read the reviews on "ripoffreport" on the web
Biggest scam artists – SCAM SCAM SCAM! Please beware. These guys are the biggest scam artists. I have no idea how they get away with it. Anything you sign with them will automatically open a loan application for you which will ruin your credit history. This doesn't happen to just one person, happens to everyone. They will tell you it's a month to month payment, but they are LYING!!!
