My husband and I are going to Mexico and wanted to get a base tan. I was very up front and told the saleswoman I wanted 1 month of tanning total. She proceeded to tell me about all the deals with a year contract saying, "most people prefer to keep a tan once they have it." I stated again, "1 month only." So she told me the price. Great Place to Tan – I have been coming here for years and not once have I had a problem. The staff is nice and professional. This place is so unique you will not find another tanning salon with beds like this one.

You can call your cc company and get fees reversed for fraud – Contact :Heidi Hemmat FOX 31 News 303-566-7663 She is going to do a story on this (if you read about them they do this to everyone that walks in the door) She has all of my information, which will get us more attention and hopefully our $ back. She has been accumulating information. ALSO Contact: The FTC (the more complaints they have the more they will go after them, this will also help you with your credit down the line)
Beware this store - unethical w/ poor employees and NO customer service – Terrible store. I was tricked into signing a contract that locked me into a 2 yr stay with them. I thought I was signing a waiver of some sort. The woman never said a thing about this!! I am a college student I moved away and now I'm paying for it with no ATB in the area. Where to start, first of all the sales girl wouldn't listen to me, then she told me that I was being rude to her because I told her I didn't want a plan. She said that I kept cutting her off, I had to cut her off finally because she wouldn't listen to a work I said. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Do not go to at the beach. They try to lock you into a monthly plan and they try to up sell you on everything. This place is a sham, DO NOT GO THERE!
Horrendous, atrocious, inexcusable and mediocre customer service - worst management EVER. – There should be a ZERO STAR RATING...I wish I had gone online and read reviews before I had signed a contract with this company. I am baffled that they are allowed to run the way that they do - that they are able to treat their customers like they do. BUYER BEWARE!!! MAJOR RIP OFF AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DENVER!!! – The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! Shady, scammers, who just want to get in your pocket and they aren't above lying to you to get there. The people who handle your billing will even tell you these folks are nothing but crooks.
Really Pathetic customer Service – I went to the location at 6th and broadway after a 2 yr lay off from tanning to discover that At the beach was current owner of Former Bronzeworks tanning I was ignored and was treated badly by the young lady who was pretending to run the shop. I was left standing in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity and when another client walked in behind me she was helped first.
