Great staff - lovely facility - awesome experience
I had a wonderful first experience! I truly can't wait to make this a monthly routine. My friend can even attest that I walked out looking different than I walked in. I looked and felt so much better! I'm absolutely amazed at how quickly I felt better. This far exceeded my expectations. I loved that I could even bring my own playlist.
Very relaxing after you get acclimated to floating; let your head drop and cover with the towel. I did lights and music out; it was great. Only recommendation, lights on in changing area vs float area to wake you, it was bright quick. Would go back for sure. Water after was nice. Great tips provided too.
Being a therapist myself self care is everything. My weekly float session followed by massages keeps me balanced.
