Nathana stops by once a month and isn't here 5 minutes usually she made the mistake of saying her patient had pooped on herself when she hadn't it was bloody urine due to a hospital visit she also knew nothing about spoke to family members like they didn't care for the patient and was way out of line. Threatening family members with aps and all due to a mistake on her part to begin with. This place and Nathana both are Godsends. I’ve had an insane amount of trouble trying to get my bedridden mom to her appointments and sometimes we had to cancel because I just couldn’t get her in a car. Not only does she have superior care now but she also has peace of mind knowing that no matter what she will get her meds and so forth. I’d recommend this place and Mrs. Hall to anyone and everyone.
