We are exclusively a house call veterinary practice and provide all of our care in your home. We are unable to see pets at our office location. The main focus of our practice is providing personal and compassionate veterinary care for geriatric dogs and cats and pets with chronic or terminal disease. We also work with many pets who have high anxiety/stress when visiting a traditional clinic, or those who do not travel well in a carrier or vehicle. These people have made such a difference in my Mastiff's life. He has many health issues, is getting old, AND hates car rides and vets. He still is a scaredy cat when they come, but the stress level is far lower that trying to get him in the car first. Also, the team is knowledgeable in acupuncture, water therapy, etc. We Love these folks!
My older dogs have mobility problems so getting them to the vet now is impossible. At home veterinary services was a godsend. They are so compassionate and caring they make it difficult situation as easy as possible.
Dr. Leddy has been our family vet for 17 years. There are not enough great things that I can say about her. Our beagle is so much more relaxed and comfortable with the home visits. We are so grateful for these services and the compassion and obvious love shown to our fur baby!
We can't thank you guys enough for an outstanding end of life visit today. The compassion, care, understanding and professionalism which Dr Tisha Posey and vet tech Rachel showed to us made all the difference in the world during a very difficult time, we will be forever grateful for Tigger's peaceful passing.
I have no words for how amazing the whole team at Home Veterinary Services is ... they cared for my geriatric boy for six amazing months and they were there for both of us from day one until the end. When I bring home my next forever fur babies -- they'll be involved from the beginning. The care they provide is by far the best I've ever experienced -- and my boys were 17 and lived in four states. Maybe it's a little strange to be online, giving out a review, only a few hours after the passing of my "soul kitty" Tama, but it's a nice distraction... plus, I'll be forever grateful that Dr. Posey and Katie could make a day I'd been dreading for ages, a little more bearable.
