We are exclusively a house call veterinary practice and provide all of our care in your home. We are unable to see pets at our office location. The main focus of our practice is providing personal and compassionate veterinary care for geriatric dogs and cats and pets with chronic or terminal disease. We also work with many pets who have high anxiety/stress when visiting a traditional clinic, or those who do not travel well in a carrier or vehicle. Dr Posey and Rachel were on time. My cat has bladder issues. I’m unable to ambulate very far and messing with a cage isn’t fun. Complete work up. Very good at handling my baby. I look forward to the follow up appointment in 2.5 wks. They drew blood, unable to tap her bladder, gave her antibiotic and pain shots. Very satisfied
These folks get it. They understand the care you want both in caring for your pet and when it is time to say good-bye. We were referred to them by our pet sitter. The hardest day of our life with our sweet baby girl was made a little easier with their gentle care and kind words. They even sent us a card later that expressed their empathy and sadness at us losing our sweet girl Lab/Blue Heeler mix. Highly recommend this company and service. 2nd time I have had them see / treat my kitty. The doc is great and her and the assistant handle her super gently. Super convenient and very happy with their service.
My kitty always got stressed on vet visits. That was understandable and okay when she was young, but after age 15, I no longer wanted to put her through it. That's when I met Heather and Jenn of AHVS. These ladies are WONDERFUL. Their genuine care for my cat and me as well made an impression from the first visit. Last week, at the age of nearly 18, it was time for me to let go as my sweet kitty's body was failing to cancer and old age.
