Terrible agency to rely on if you like getting paid and got bills because I'm going on my fourth work week and I have never received a penny from them.Communication isn't they're strong point either so you have to be extremely patient with yourself because they all don't be on the same page and they defend each other no matter if their coworkers are in the wrong. Hello, friends. I want to share my experience of completing a two-week hometending course. I took AT home solution in Queens. Everything was excellent, the girls from the HR department help at every stage of training, provide everything necessary for studying, Aziza and Alicia are very great!!! The staff is not Professional at all. They do not care about the clients needs at all. They do not call you and let you know who is coming. After a Operation they left me with out a Aide for a week when I had stitches in my back. Then they made it seem like was the problem. They never use their intake notes. And always told me this for my benefit, I should be happy. Not Cool. The main two that I dealt with is someone named Melissa and Jessalease ( spelling not correct). I would not recommend this company at all.
