Very happy with my experience. Everyone was kind, respectful, and supportive from start to finish. They made everything easy to understand and were always available when I needed help. I highly recommend this agency!

Terrible agency to rely on if you like getting paid and got bills because I'm going on my fourth work week and I have never received a penny from them.Communication isn't they're strong point either so you have to be extremely patient with yourself because they all don't be on the same page and they defend each other no matter if their coworkers are in the wrong. The staff is not Professional at all. They do not care about the clients needs at all. They do not call you and let you know who is coming. After a Operation they left me with out a Aide for a week when I had stitches in my back. Then they made it seem like was the problem. They never use their intake notes. And always told me this for my benefit, I should be happy. Not Cool. The main two that I dealt with is someone named Melissa and Jessalease ( spelling not correct). I would not recommend this company at all.

We were a mismatch from the beginning. I actually required a TBIcentric agency. My brand new agency assigned me a much-needed social worker. Carmen Vctorino ❤️will always be a huge stepping stone when she sincerely challenged me to be my own advocate. She created a formidable monster. And then she graciously assisted in seamlessly transferring all my paperwork to my new agency.
