This company is absolutely horrible! The age that they provide to the elderly people are not reliable! These Aid leave their shift early without telling anyone, I’ve reached out to this company and have told them on multiple occasions that age don’t show up. These are elderly people at At Home who rely on the help and they’re not getting it! Highly recommend that nobody use this company and find another one. Terrible agency to rely on if you like getting paid and got bills because I'm going on my fourth work week and I have never received a penny from them.Communication isn't they're strong point either so you have to be extremely patient with yourself because they all don't be on the same page and they defend each other no matter if their coworkers are in the wrong. The staff is not Professional at all. They do not care about the clients needs at all. They do not call you and let you know who is coming. After a Operation they left me with out a Aide for a week when I had stitches in my back. Then they made it seem like was the problem. They never use their intake notes. And always told me this for my benefit, I should be happy. Not Cool. The main two that I dealt with is someone named Melissa and Jessalease ( spelling not correct). I would not recommend this company at all.
