This company is simply the best. Darlene and Sam have really helped me with an issue regarding my elderly father. The caregivers are always timely when picking my father up, for his appts. and grocery shopping. The staff is courteous, and most of all caring. I highly recommend At Home senior Solutions.

After more than 2 months we continue to get inexperienced caregivers who we find have left our loved one lying in a urine soaked bed more than once or twice. Most recently, they called at 6:30pm to say they couldn’t get an overnight shift covered that started at 8pm. The care manager said she couldn’t cover it because it is her “birthday weekend.” We have paid tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket to this company. They will no longer be on our payroll and I would never recommend them to anyone. Unacceptable

This is a great company, owned by a very good and honest Christian family. I am surprised by the negative comments as I experienced the opposite. I worked there and also spoke with many of the clients, and they would tell me how great of care they received. If there ever was an issue, it was promptly addressed and taken care of. These people really care about the clients and love them, too.
Beware, if you need to have someone there for your loved one, you may be disappointed. My parents are 90 and 91 and three times in the last WEEK, no one has been there to help. They have so many excuses why, but the bottom line is, they are not dependable.
