We just sold a house with Rob's help. The process was very smooth. He communicated regularly and clearly about the status. When the buyer ran into a snag on their house he provided excellent guidance on how to handle the situation and keep the deal moving forward. His evaluation of the market was spot on. Another realtor thought we should sell for 10% less than what Rob was able to get for us. Can't beat that!
