After being a tenant for 3 yrs leased through Carolyn I’m being charged a “deep clean” and window clean for almost a 1/3 of my security deposit when house was spotless. Floors cleaned(swept and mopped numerous times), counters & cabinets wiped/cleaned(inside and out), wiped down walls/baseboards/doors, all appliances cleaned extensively, and the list goes on. Filled out an application and was approved 5 minutes later. I am a disabled person who takes care of my disabled brother and friend. The home we applied for 11838 Oceanside Dr. in Port Richey Florida. So after approving our application we made an appointment with ANAMARIA GUERRERO FOR Tuesday at noon on the 14th of January. Because she was working on it and said it would not be ready for viewing until then. I informed her that we needed to move in quickly.
