After receiving the worst customer service, I should have known this was going to be a terrible experience. I was thinking the reviews showed promise so if we had go through a substandard administration to get to quality care, we would press through.This is the most disrepectful, unprofessional, disconnected, coldhearted, non caring, personal care agency 1 have ever dealt with.
