I am a client to this HORRIBLE COMPANY, due to mobility issues I have. This company must have the dumbest people on this planet handling their payroll. My providers pay is never constant MEANING NEVER ARRIVES ON THE SAME DAY, nor is it ever the same amount. HE GETS EXACTLY 21 HOURS A WEEK, they will not pay for even 1 minute over that. Samantha was great throughout the time we communicated with her, and I want to acknowledge that. However, I need to address serious concerns regarding the office management. It is completely inappropriate not to contact the family in a timely manner if staffing hours cannot be filled or services cannot be provided. IF YOU NEED AT HOME HEALTH CARE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS! This place has employees who steal money from their clients. They have managers who attempt to give you hush money to prevent you from brining it to light that there are employees who steal. They told me I would have to file a police report in order to get the money back that was stolen from my Mom, and that they could not and would not be able to pay the money back.
