This business is horrible. I parked to get lab work done not understanding that the giant empty parking lot is not for the business right there. They have a huge parking lot and have vehicles towed within 30 minutes of individuals parking there. There were 4 other people that had the same experience at the same time as me.
As a provider we appreciate their cookies to get us to refer patients to to them!! Thank you Timothy Dion.
If you accidentally park in their parking lot looking for your doctor they will tow your car within 20 minutes. Literally preying on people that just don’t know where they are going.
Mom has stomach cancer and is on feed tube. This company would not define their services and instead asked what are needs are. When I told the director she said that since we had been doing that level of care, services would not be covered. She proceeded to put up barriers to any other service. She has never met us and doesn’t know the case. The scary thing about it was that her tone was SUPER nice and calm while shutting the dirt in my face! WOW!! Would be careful with this company!!!
