So poorly operated. Employees not trained, line takes forever.
The store director with an accent- I see cussing at employees regularly. I shop here 4-5 times per week as an interior designer. The employees are so kind and helpful. The store director is beyond demeaning and rude to the employees. I do not understand how she is employed. She is cruel and hateful to employees.
