Today I scheduled a hair appointment for my girlfriend and requested a woman to have the haircut done because previously there was a great woman who gave her a gray haircut at this hair salon her previous experience she came out with a haircut. I gave her nice long layers and is very thick hair Now today she got a random guy, even though we requested a woman and he ended up ruining her hair. Terrible NEVER RECOMMENDED I asked for sidebang twice and paid 10 bucks and he cut my BANGS. Uneven cutand too short.
I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist, Jeffrey! He truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The result was even better than I imagined—professional, detailed, and beautifully done. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!
Even though I had an appointment with Jay at 3, checked in on time and was waiting. He sat down with someone else at 3:10 then the lady at the counter is like “oh we are busy and I didnt know you had an appointment” whats the point of scheduling an appointment and checking in if they are going to take me as a walk in? I’ll need to find another hair salon.
