I simply wanted a shorter length of what hair I had already. I wanted to keep the style but just have it shorter. She went and cut off 3 inches more than I said and then completely changed my hair style into something different and so ugly. Just dont come here because they dont speak english because they like to pretend they understand you then do something random with your hair. We’ve been coming to Laura for years, even though we live far away. She always takes such great care of my whole family including my mom, my sister, me, and my two nephews. She’s incredibly talented, kind, and always makes us feel welcome. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had my haircut done by Laura. Unfortunately, the quality of the haircut did not meet my expectations. More importantly, what made the experience exhausting was the constant talking throughout the entire appointment.
