EDIT: Rose reached out to explain about a language barrier and asked me to delete my review. Pretty sure "No" is a universal language. Last Monday, I booked online a same day appointment for bio gel manicure and basic pedicure. I also noted that I wanted just the foot scrub and no nail anything. I got a full pedicure experience minus the polish after repeated requests to not touch my toes and to not do any of the extras. I don't like having my feet touched but I need some TLC mainly on my heals and after the 4th or 5th time ... read more
