I went for my monthly Gel /Shelac manicure, and was pleasantly impressed by ROSE, who meticulously worked on my nails . She applied a new to me process of "Cats Eye" effect and I'm thrilled with the way it turned out. I love trying new things and ROSE , is definitely your lady for introducing new and exciting ranges of nail art. Very articulate and my nails are the proof. I'm coming back next week for my toes!
