stay away from them. Troy is nothing but an unethical person. deny him access to your home if you see his car pull up. he came in did a terrible job and broke my garage door and told me he wasn't responsible for the damages. I have had to contact TREC to get him to pay for damages.

A word to the wise,stay as far away from this quack as possible if your buying or selling. As Ykittys points out 6 same day 5 star ratings,in fact on yahoo it's the same thing,funny thing all those people's profiles are hidden. When a person pumps up their ratings with all the skill of a ten year old you can imagine what kind of crook your dealing with. I have a report from him that is the most inaccurate thing I've ever seen and I've worked construction for 25yrs.

Great job! – Troy was very accommodating and very thorough. I appreciated At-Ease Home Inspections's willingness to go out of their way to help the client. I will certainly request their services again and refer them to other Realtors when possible.

6 same-day 5-star ratings?? – I was looking for a home inspector and was just about to call At-Ease because of their impressive 5-star rating but noticed that there are 6 5-star ratings all on the same day which laude how amazing this company is. It just seems a little suspect. I hope they aren't artificially inflating their ratings. Not sure whether I should go with them now or not... I'm giving them a middle of the line rating b/c a rating is required and don't want to slam them b/c they may very well be a great company.

Great Service! – As a single mom, it was kind of scary choosing a home inspector. Thankfully, Total Home was recommended to me and they were GREAT! They took time with me to explain how my new house works as a system and even told me how to make it smore energy efficient!

Amazing! – The home I was looking to buy was on the water and I had several specific concerns. I was pleased with the way that you handled my questions and how quickly they fit me into their schedule, as time was of the essence. Most impressive was when I arrived at the home for inspection; Mark was already on the roof checking details that I would never know to look for.
