We loved renting from BTT! They are a small local business and not a corporate landlord and they actually care about their tenants. Reasonably priced units, prompt to respond to maintenance issues, and considerate staff. They have a variety of properties in the Takoma Park / Silver Spring area. A lot of their properties are older buildings, but they are well-maintained and have character and charm. I highly recommend BTT!
I have lived in a btt property for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. When we were searching for an apt they let us transfer our application for free to another apt when the one we applied for got filled. We ended up getting the second apt we applied for. I was super excited about the possibility of finally finding my new home, and I applied, paid my application fee, called to follow up, and was told by Mr. Derrick, whom I had previously spoken with at length about my special situation. We couldn't have asked for a better landlord! From day one, they were incredibly responsive and attentive to any concerns or maintenance requests. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made communication a breeze. The property was always well-maintained, and they addressed any issues promptly.
