Dr. Kumar is very knowledgeable. While under her care adjustments that were made to my care plan were beneficial. Unfortunately for something that should be protocol in an appointment as a diabetic- reviewing blood glucose logs she has started billing extra. Reaching out to the office team and Dr. Kumar who had agreed to make an adjustment to the billing 5 months later the amount is still outstanding. Please know emails go ignored. This is pretty frustrating especially coming from Stanford Healthcare.
