Order a phone via Verizon in store claims Saturday after repeating myself on the phone a million times the lady still manage to type in the address completely wrong! No compensation but to send out a new phone using the correct address this time. I’m highly not recommending using this company and I will never submit a claim through them again, I will be canceling my insurance as well after almost a week of waiting and 1hr of explaining basic information to the customer care representative.
They repaired my screen and fixed some additional items. However, when I got home, the pen didn't work. I called the 800 number, and they sent a replacement phone.
