Dylan was super professional and made time for me even though there were customers coming in non stop. He gave me a time to come back and get my Iphone 14 and he was finished before the expected time. Amazing customer service. Give this man a promotion.
They do not honor your appointment time. My appointment was at 2pm for 1.5 hours. When I arrived they told me that there were several more ahead of me so instead of 3:30 completion time it would be 5pm. When I questioned them - no apology just that’s the way they run their business. So it messed up my entire afternoon appointments. I’d call before you go in.
