Just to clarify my rating for this establishment is a 0. However 1 is the lowest you can go! First off I was told by there employee that my phone would be ready for pick up the same day I dropped it off! Almost a week later they still have my phone. This place doesn't care to offer any communication or respect with there customers! I literally went in store 5 separate times due to my calls never being picked up, only to be told my phone was not ready. My experience with this location has me re-thinking if this insurance is even worth having. I was given the run-around for almost a week, until they stopped answering my calls completely (about 15-20 unanswered calls over the course of 2 days). I had to cancel my claim through Google and create a new one at a different location. Complete waste of time.
They bricked my phone attempting to replace a screen.
