Very professional right from the time I walked in the door! Great staff great service! They take care of business. I'll tell you that and I hate. Do you recommend this location?
If I could give zero stars I could. I took my laptop in as part of a warranty repair and they did. NOTHING. Kept my machine for over two weeks and I kept getting inquiries from Dell regarding why nothing had progressed on the ticket so I kept calling… no answer got message indicating phone was out of order. I went back in to see if there was progress and was told that I had been called and told that they could not perform a diagnostic exam because I did not bring in my charger. Not true. A phone that was repaired in the Duarte location broke again - the person in Duarte said they didn't have the items to fix it so they redirected us to Montclair. When we arrived the tech told my wife it would be 2 hours for it to be ready. My wife decided to stay in the area since Montclair was a farther drive (vs Duarte). At the end of the 2 hours they told her it was actually going to take a few days because they don't have the part either!
