I dropped my Google Pixel 7 Pro last week, and it shattered the screen. The display still worked, but it was not responsive to touch. I made an appointment online, and dropped the phone off about 1:00, and Katherine, the technician, said it would be ready around 2:30. I received an email about 1:45 telling me the repair was completed. I drove back to pick it up, tested the fingerprint reader (it worked!), and paid my bill. Replaced battery on phone took care of it in a timely manner no complaints
Exceptionally smooth service for my galaxy flip phone. Pretty much same day delivery once they got the part. Customer service was great, and filing a claim through Samsung care was a breeze. I hope I don't need them again but they are true professionals
I’ve been there twice. The kind young woman offered to replace my battery with a used one for free, but I gave her $20 anyway. God says that kind people deserve to be rewarded. God bless you!
