Absolutely dismal and embarrassing excuse of humans who wear the uniform of a company they have no clue how to work at. "John" completely unprofessional and acting like a deer in the headlights after waiting 10 seconds to come from the back to look like he just got out of bed and confused why I entered his room. I share I need my phone repaired that I have an asurion policy with. He doesn't know how to help as I bought the plan through Amazon, not a phone carrier.
