The screen continues to black out from time to time
After telling me yea no problem they could fix my sons ipad. I was happy but he was even more thrilled and couldn't wait. After waiting almost a full month with zero to little communication they told us they couldn't fix it and that's that. Not happy about this,wish there could of been more they could of done to resolve our issue

When I picked up the phone and got it home and charged, the new screen is still acting up. There's no touch screen ability on 2 spots of the screen. After $166 of repairs it is still not right. And after calling them they never bothered to respond.
