Tech was able to get me back on the road , truck driver
This place blows. Took a ps5 in to fix a usb port. One week passes, I hear nothing. I call a few days later, taken apart but not worked on. Have to call a specialist they say. So I decide I will take it to someone more reputable. I get the device back with black hand prints on it and the power button and lan plug in is broken. I took it in for a usb port and now I am paying for motherboard repairs. There isn’t any integrity and pride in work anymore. This place has cost me more money. Never again. Yuck.
100/10! DJ was an incredible technician! I cracked my iPhone screen and walked into uBreakiFix on a Saturday afternoon and he prioritized replacing my screen in under 5 minutes without an appointment. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and I was able to walk out with a flawless new screen. Thank you DJ and I would highly recommend anyone that this is the best place!
The technician who helped me was fantastic. He was empathetic and very resourceful. My phone protector was replaced without incident.
