I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Ortiz, and I can confidently say that he is an outstanding leasing agent and a true asset to the team. From the very first interaction, Jonathan demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and an unmatched level of expertise. He made me feel valued as a client, and his friendly, approachable demeanor made working with him a pleasure.
After calling and leaving messages. Still no response, one of the most unprofessional company to deal with. Too bad some good locations in Bakersfield are listed with them.
Working with ASU has been an overall pleasant experience. I have found that everyone that I have gotten to work with has been very professional. The company is made up of smart, out of the box thinkers who have been ready and willing to help me accomplish my goals.
I must say I found this company extremely unprofessional. I called them about a listing and had to call back several times to get any response. I was given some excuses and no one seemed to care. I would never do business with them. Steve Adams was the agent I dealt with, not doing his job.
