I filled out an online form for roof repair late one evening and Ron called right away. He asked me to send him pictures of the leak in my ceiling. He came over the next day and began to assess where the leak was coming from. He entered the attic and found the area around my chimney where the roof was leaking. He worked over time to finish the re-flashing and replacing shingles around the chimney. Ron gave me a guarantee on the repair.
The price may have been somewhat high, but our project was sort of an emergency and Ron was so prompt to help us out. Work was efficient and professional.
