Ashley Borowski helped me! I wasn’t getting my money back after it was mistakenly withdrawn, but she kept replying, helping, and giving me updates the whole time. She was always polite and incredibly kind. Please take note of this employee — she’s doing an amazing job. I honestly wish I could see more people like her everywhere!
I was in contact with a caretaker, Frank, he was very professional and responded in a timely manner. Unfortunately the unit I was interested in got rented out but I'm giving 5 stars because I appreciated the effort and will look into renting in the future :)
**Rebecca is doing an excellent job!** She's incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making this a great place to live. No request is too big or small – she handles everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. The property is always well-maintained thanks to her hard work. Residents truly appreciate her efforts! Highly recommend her as a property manager.
I don’t rent with AML properties though I did try to apply to one of their suites at 35/41 Balmoral last month and therefore I’ve been in contact with Anita, the caretaker of the property. Anita is a wonderful person and she’s very friendly.
I've been living in my apartment which AML manages for over 20 years in the St. James area. It's been a great place to live, and I adore our caretaker Angie, who does a great job taking care of our little area. She's always quick to respond to any issues that pop up. I'm very happy with our place, and recommend it to others.
