We rented a townhouse and couldn't be happier. The caretaker on site is such a great woman (and neighbor) and anytime we have had an issue we have had service professionals within a day. That said, I also want to say that I am also extremely impressed at the investment in the property. I wish I could give this business a zero star. The fact the owner is arguing and bickering with people in reviews shows the level of professionalism they have. What are you a child ? It's business get over it.
I’ve been a tenant of Astroid’s for over a year. I could not be happier. My building is clean, quiet and very well maintained. All of my neighbors are friendly and treat each other like a family. Our site caretaker, Pat, is always so super friendly and helpful. She looks after us like a mom. I have had occasion to speak to Mary and Shanie in the office and they’re also always super friendly and helpful each time. Beware of renting with this company. Responded to a Facebook marketplace ad for a suite of theirs off corydon that advertised a $990 rent, and a SUBLET for September 2025. After looking at the suite I applied under the expectation that those would be the terms of the lease. Once I got approved they sent me an "approval" letter where it said it was gonna be a 12 month lease, and $1005 rent. I of course ask about this discrepancy and ask why it didn't match the ad.
