Shipped old product (filter)in beat up box and old paper wrapping. Looks like bugs had chewed on cardboard. No caps on inlet and outlet to keep bugs and debris out. Do not answer phone always a recording. Will put in a different filter system. Shady operation.
I had this system in Miami beach for 25 years and the water was delicious. I had just moved from NY & was used to good tasting tap water. Now i moved up to Delray Beach and installed this same system!!
No Service!!! They do not have a web site...do not use email and when I asked them to send me literature about there water softener I received nothing. Closed on Thursdays????? Any and all attempts to work within there limitations have been met with frustrations...Need a water softener get a Shipmate or spot free. Forget these guys.
