I was very disappointed with their workmanship. They installed a granite kitchen counter and did not bother to try and match up the pattern. As a result it looks like we used two entirely different granite slabs. When we expressed our dissatisfaction they said if we wanted it fixed it would cost an additional $1200 for a new slab. We feel like we are being asked to pay for their mistake. A mistake that could have easily been avoided by looking at the pattern of the granite before installation. Unhappy with their work or workmanship and would not hire them again. They installed quartz on my kitchen and noticed couple days after installation that the backsplash height was short (about 3/8" or so short). Their fix was to stuff all that area with caulking. I called back and questioned the person in charge of it. He said he would check to see if he had any material left to fix it.
