Horrible Service Department! Scheduled service one week in advance. They still have my car one week later and not sure when I will get my car back. The Service Manager Greg had several excuses for delays on different occasions. He keeps putting other cars in the service bays and telling us ours will be next. Then he tells us the same thing again when we call about delayed finishing. He has never called to inform me of delays. He didn’t seem to have a handle on what was going on. Worst experience ever! I brought my pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires i wanted put on. When I went to pick up the truck my tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that!
